About the Space
We have a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom house in the heart of Mac Groveland neighborhood in St. Paul. The main floor is quite large. We have two dining room that seat up to 10 people each, two living rooms and a kitchen on the main floor. Perfect spot to host a meeting for the day or workshop ideas with a group of peers. Kitchen comes fully stocked with the ability to make a meal or put out a catered spread. Two fridges provide enough space for cocktail hour and more. Coffee bar setup included. We also have 3 picnic tables outside that will fit about 18 people that are available outside from May to October.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great space, great communication!
We absolutely loved this Peer Space rental for our team retreat! We stayed at a hotel in Saint Paul, but we wanted a more homey, daytime space than a hotel board room for our staff's gathering. This place checked all our boxes! The multiple spaces for meals were fully utilized, the fully stocked kitchen was very helpful, and the parking was convenient. It is decorated really thoughtfully and the smart TV allowed us to do a hybrid gathering when we connected our laptop. Tanya was fantastic in all communication too! HIGHLY recommend this MN space!
