We've lovingly and painstakingly restored it's original details ourselves to serve as both our home and a creative space for film and photo shoots. *PLEASE NOTE: $100/hr represents our base rate and only applies to groups of 1-5 people using only the Parlor Floor* Our pricing structure is based on group size and which floors are used. There are three floors: Parlor Floor, Ground Floor, and Top Floor. Each floor is priced as follows: 1-5 people $100/hr 6-15 people $150/hr 16-30 people $200/hr The Parlor Floor represents the base rate and is part of every booking as it is where the main entrance is (so there’s no way for guests to not occupy the space while shooting), so if you'd like to access either of the other floors they would need to be added on top of that. For example: 1-5 people using just the Parlor Floor would be $100/hr, but the same group using both the Parlor Floor and the Ground Floor would be $200/hr. To keep things simple (and because the numbers can add up pretty quickly) we do offer the whole house for $250/hr. There is free street parking making load in and load out easy. ------------------------------------------- SUPPLIES: ------------------------------------------- All productions are responsible for bringing their own supplies (e.g. paper towels, trash bags, recycling bags) and for removing all garbage after the project has wrapped. We are artists ourselves and know full well that the creative mind needs freedom and flexibility so we always work with our guests to make their time with us as comfortable as possible while still preserving the condition of our home.
