Our 375 SQ FT studio This is the perfect setting for podcast & vlogging. Rates (9am~8pm) $75/hr - Weekday $85/hr - Weekend * 2 hours minimum required & this rate is up to 6 guest only. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and YOU SHOULD FACTOR THIS SETUP & TEARDOWN TIME IN YOUR BOOKING HOURS! Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
