The space is a beautiful renovated 92 year old shotgun style home. There are 3 doors within the home that are art deco leaded glass type doors. The ceiling is original tongue and groove, lots of character! Super cute 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 92 year old shotgun that has been updated and refurbished. She is old, but very welcoming and full of character and good vibes. Filled with lots of tasteful but fun color, a harlequin patterned hardwood floor, original tongue and groove ceilings. Lots of light coming in the windows. She is in an eclectic older neighborhood that is quickly being updated, very near to downtown and tons of amenities.

The home is thoroughly cleaned after each check out. Bedding is removed completely, including mattress and pillow covers, completely cleaned, all surfaces are sanitized.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
