The house has south facing windows so it features great natural light throughout the day. The kitchen and dining area has large East facing windows. The living space has large East facing sliding doors and south facing front windows, flooding the space with natural light. All windows have sheer linen curtains or light filtering roller shades to help control natural light. The bedrooms have west facing windows. The master suite also has south facing windows.

The house is on a corner lot in the city. There is some street noise and it is located next to a metro train. Video shoots and interviews have occurred in the space without complaint. See reviews.

Reservation Your rental begins promptly at your booked time and ends promptly at your end time. Reservation time must include set up, break-down, and clean-up to avoid additional charges. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed half-hour increments according to Peerspace guidelines. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Restrictions *Children must be supervised at all times. *Candles must be in holders that prevent wax from dripping on surfaces and put out at the end of reservation *Fireworks (including sparklers) are prohibited. *Frying food is not allowed in the space. *Nails, tacks, or staples may not be used in the walls or woodwork. If the tape is used, it must be painter’s tape. *Smoking is prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents. *Smoke machines, confetti, and glitter are prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents *No illicit drug use is permitted, and the Studio reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs. *Music or other sounds must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the Studio. *Set up and breakdown times must fall within the total reservation period reserved. It is the responsibility of Renter and its vendors to set up, break down, and move equipment and other items within the Studio. *The renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party. *Company representatives may monitor all activities in the Studio and have the authority to enforce this Agreement. A Company representative may terminate the rental if Group breaches this Agreement or applicable local law. *Explicit sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Tasteful Boudoir shoots are allowed. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments.
