The ranch is great for kids’ birthday parties, small weddings (up to 100 guests), memorial services, photo shoots, music videos, rehearsal space, elopements and retreats. We have different rates depending on your plans. *There is a 250 square foot tiny chapel that’s very rustic. *There’s an updated 1325 sq foot reception hall with a/c and heat. *Price includes tables/tablecloths chairs to seat 100. Plus two cocktail tables and 14 outside lawn chairs. *There are two outdoor bathrooms with flushing toilets. *We have mini goats, a donkey, some pigs, a duck and some chickens! *You set up. We break it down. All you do is get the trash in the trashcans we provide.

Everything is thoroughly cleaned—washed, scrubbed, wiped, swept, mopped. Your cranky old OCD great-grandma would approve.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
