A sumptuous private space for meetings, drinks and intimate social gatherings. Great, column-free open floor plan can be used very flexible way for films, events, and offsites. Separate restroom for guest use. Great light through large skylights. Space opens to well-sized, landscaped backyard. Second in-law apartment with tall ceiling height (13') is also available upon request. Available for photoshoots and similar events. Offsites and other events are possible. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Host was responsive and the space is beautiful. The view just as stunning as advertised. One caveat: if you need a particular furniture setup, the moving furniture up-charge becomes necessary since the sample images don’t necessarily reflect the current configuration of the apartment.
