A moody 800 sq. ft. living room in a 1923 Spanish style bungalow with a standout arch, yellow filtered light from transparent (removable) curtains, and additional breathing room for angled shots from the kitchen and bedroom. There are four windows with one facing East and the three (door) with light source from the South. There is minimal and storable furniture for easy adjustment and room for your team's set design. Outdoor area is not available for shoots.

Crew and guests must abide by COVID protocols and must be fully vaccinated. Breathable yard and porch seating is available.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
