We have a few onsite parking spots that can be reserved for clients. There is street parking on the North side of 31st Avenue and on Randolph St. NE.

We want you to feel at home in our space! For that reason, rules are minimal. However, we ask that you please respect the following requests: -No smoking in the building -May require liability insurance for some bookings -Most importantly, ALL ARE WELCOME HERE. -Outside catering is allowed -Pet-friendly REGARDING RENTAL HOURS: -Friendly reminder that the total time of rental is the time you arrive at the studio to the time you have left the studio. This includes setup time and breakdown. If you are not out of the studio by the end time of your booking, we have to charge for that. This has to be clarified because we may have another booking happening after yours. CLEANING NOTE: -Please leave the studio as you found it. If extensive cleanup has to be down on our end after your event, we will charge for that according to the time it takes to clean up at the regular studio rental rate. ADDITIONAL COSTS If we have to repaint the entire floor, it's between $100 - $200 extra, this covers the cost of the paint. This sometimes happens with shoots that take the whole day or where lots of people end up walking all over the floor without the booties. PLEASE WEAR BOOTIES (we would be glad to provide you with them). This is not added until after your shoot - if it’s determined to be needed at all, If we’re there at the end of your shoot and can determine the damage right then and there, we’ll discuss it with you, to see if you agree. You are not supposed to walk on the curves of the sweep wall. If you do walk on the curve you may crack the surface and we will have to repair that crack. The cost to repair each crack is $100 PER CRACK as we need to re-putty the surface, let it dry, sand it down to make it smooth, then repaint it a couple of times, this takes a couple of hours per crack. Just don't walk on the curves and everything will be fine :) -- Other than that, we're totally chill. Many thanks!
