About the Space
This newly renovated event space is perfect for any event! It borders the Bucktown and Logan square neighborhood near the I-90/94 Expressway. Its 1400 square ft, open concept and features 13 ft high ceilings. Very stylish decor and plenty of natural sunlight perfect to host your next event! This beautiful space is perfect for Bridal showers, Baby showers, Art workshops, Yoga classes, Birthday/ Private Dinners , photoshoots, networking events, mixers, corporate events, family gatherings, pop up shops and so much more. Included in rental: - 1400 square foot venue - 6- six foot rectangle tables - 40 white folding chairs - 2 bar stools - 2 lounge chairs - 2 hightop bar tables - Bluetooth sonos speaker

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This space was gorgeous and was perfect for our Friendsgiving party of 40 guests. It was spacious and very clean and really nice. There's so much you can do with the space. I love how there were tables, folding chairs and even tablecloths available for use so we didn't have to rent them separately. Zach was very easy to work with. I would definitely rent this space again.

Highly recommend this space-I held a baby shower for 55 guests - I was able to use from island to south end of space for tables and chairs to seat everyone and keeping decorative wall with balloon arch open for pictures - the kitchen island served as a perfect mimosa bar and having the fridge was great for holding water soda and other beverages. North of the island left plenty of space for food and sweets tables as well as gift and game tables. It’s a bright beautiful space and street parking pretty accessible. I couldn’t have been happier. Zach was a great host - he was very responsive to all questions and requests and stocked and provided all the necessities - and cleanup was a breeze with the provided garbage bags and just having to bag and leave. 5 ⭐️ space 5 ⭐️ host

Event space matched the modern clean style that I was looking for. Even if I didn't have a party planner for decor, this place was awesome. Bright and airy, clean. Zach communication was efficient and detailed from beginning to end. Thank you for allowing us to use your space.
