1 to 2 cars in the driveway and 1 to 2 cars on the street in front of house. Very easy parking.

• Arrive no earlier than scheduled start time due to other appointments and cleaning protocols • Leave promptly by scheduled end time • No smoking (vaping is ok) • No animals inside or out • No food or drinks outside of the kitchen • No pornography • No excessively loud music • No shoes on the furniture • Do not swing our pull on the disco ball • No hanging out outside other than loading and unloading your belongings • No additional guests or parties • Please consider that a lot of our furniture is vintage and cannot be replaced, please be gentle with it • No sharing of address on social media • Do not take anything (even small decor like magazines) Everything is accounted for and that would be considered theft! • We prefer that the number of cars is reduced to 4 and that they all park in the driveway • We would like that you leave the space looking the same as it did upon arrival • Prior to booking your appointment, please consider the time it takes for shoot set-up and break-down (equipment, late arrival of additional guests, lighting adjustments, hair, make-up, wardrobe, furnishing arrangements, sound, props, clean up, returning space to original condition, etc.) 1 hour can fly by quick! • We occasionally arrange, add, and/or remove decor so please see @hannahmaedstyle Instagram highlights for additional and up-to-date pics • Get creative and have fun! Hide All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is not required Furniture and decorations may be moved Furniture can not go outside or be removed from the house but it can be rearranged within the rooms.
