About the Space
This home has been used for movie shoots, music video shoots, weddings, baby showers, wedding showers. The living/dining room has been a chapel, with easy entry from the French doors, with a side gate entry. Den has been transformed into a dance hall, with a DJ set up. Back patio can also be used for a dance set-up, with a DJ. The patio is perfect for outdoor entertaining. It can be set-up with tents, which we've used for weddings. We have artificial turf, which is easy for guests to walk on. Kitchen is ideal for caterers. Large peninsula in kitchen can be used for serving or buffet style. There is another refrigerator and small freezer in garage. Updated bathroom downstairs. I have on occasion rented out the entire house to a production company, who used the upstairs for their living quarters while they were filming downstairs. The two extra bedrooms upstairs can be used for changing room, makeup room or just to chill.

Not only was this location exactly what we needed but the host Susan was even better. She is familiar with movie sets and had a place for us to park, to load in gear and even had a little crafty table made up. I’ll be back and I encourage everyone to rent this place. It’s a gem.
