While Studio Kin is not soundproofed, the studio is generally quiet. However, it's important to note that weekday mornings tend to be noisier than other times, while weekend mornings are typically the quietest times in the studio.

24 hour accessible freight elevator is located on site.

Space has a zero-tolerance policy for smoking within the studio. If you must have to smoke please do so at the dedicated smoking area, located on the first floor, or do so outside of the building. No loitering inside of the building, as tenants we have to be respectful to the other tenants of the building and the rest of the community. Music playing is allowed but please keep noise to a respectable level and be please be mindful of the other tenants in the building. Furniture and decorations may be rearranged but must be returned to their original location at the end of your session. Customers who use the studio after your session expect the studio to look like the pictures. Abuse of furniture and equipment may result in additional fees depending on the extent of the damage. The ladder is a prop only and is not intended to be climbed. We are not responsible for injuries as a result of climbing the ladder. When scheduling booking times please consider prep and cleanup times. Booking start and end times are inclusive of prep and cleanup time. Alcohol consumption is allowed in the studio but please be mindful of the amount being consumed. Rowdy and intoxicating behaviors would not be tolerated. Please no cutting or replacing backdrops without prior permission from us. If a specific backdrop color is required please contact us within 24hrs of booking time. We are happy to accommodate the space for your specific creative needs. PLEASE REMEMBER TO LOCK THE DOOR! FAILING TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A FINE. Our studio is under 24hr video surveillance for security purposes. If requested the security camera may be deactivated only with approval from us. A $200 dollar deposit is required via Venmo and will be returned after inspection of the studio.
