About the Space
The 2000 ft space is a great party area as well as film production area the all white room is great for photography and video as well it comes with a pool room movie theater. This space will accommodate baby showers birthday parties anniversary parties girls night out bachelorette parties and more.

General Rules
There is no smoking in the house.
Music outside must be played at a reasonable volume.
If using a pool you must sign release forms.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras on every entrance of the house. There are cameras on the balcony and overlooking the pool.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean the facility before and after every event we sanitize bathrooms Mount floors wipe down countertops wipe down sinks with disinfectants spray disinfectants we also have wipes on counters in the bathrooms along with disinfectant spray
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
