Colab Space has it's own parking lot, with 200 parking space available to it's members.

Please respect the people working around you and treat Colab Space with care. You are responsible for the actions of your guests while they are at the Facility. CLEANING / DAMAGES: The cleaning fee covers cleaning of floors, surfaces, and restrooms after your event. Guests are expected to take any trash with them, and leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Please remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please clean up and leave the conference room space ready for use by the next member. Bring coffee mugs, glassware, or any other items back to the kitchen and throw away trash. OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. FURNITURE: Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS: There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke. We are able to lock the meeting doors if you choose to leave our facility for breaks or lunch however responsibility for all personal property is strictly held by its owner. Colab takes no responsibility for lost or stolen property. PLEASE NOTE: Cameras are present in common areas. Cameras are located in the lobby, front desk, kitchen and any common area excluding the restrooms. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
