About the Space
This beautifully landscaped chateauesque backyard is an entertainer's delight. It features a large grass lawn, a stone paver patio with a built-in BBQ island with Firemagic grill, Green Egg, and a playground. It's over 1/3 acre of private space for you to enjoy your next event, whether it be a wedding reception, birthday celebration, corporate event, get-together, yoga retreat, or personal retreat. The space is very versatile, well-manicured, park-like severene surrounding. What's included: - Beatiful Pottery Barn patio table with 8 chairs; - Comfortable patio set furniture for 8 people; - 4 Person patio table; - Lawn area where you can add more tables; - Playground structure with airplane and half dome climber; - Bar island with sink; - Driveway parking and free street parking. - 2 bar stools - Bathroom inside the house for parties under 20. For parties over 20, porter potty rental is required. Additional cost amenities/services: - Upper deck area with 6-person patio table, 6-person patio set, and grill; - Volleyball net or other sports toys; - Plastic tables and chairs. I honestly love this venue. The pictures are accurate to how beautiful it is. The weather was perfect, there was ample shade for those who didn’t want sun, and it had a private feel to it.The host both her and her father were very kind and easy to work with.

First time user on PeerSpace & Kamilla set the bar as a host! Great communication, rules & directions were easy to follow & overall very accommodating. Also very sweet woman which made the experience great. Lastly, her backyard was gorgeous & so much room for the everyone to run around and play! I will definitely book with her again for any future events.
