Its across from the full bathroom located in the hallway. ◍ The extra room includes a desk, sofa sleeper and large TV. ◍ The living room has a sofa bed and a TV. ◍ The dining area has a dinner table for 6. ◍ The kitchen is fully equipped. ◍ The laundry room has a washer and dryer. ◍ The outdoor patio is fenced for privacy and includes a covered area for sun protection and an open area with an outdoor umbrella and table for 6. ◍ Adjacent is my studio with no access to the home. Its fenced and has separate and private parking and entrance. ◍ The garage is unavailable to guests as it is small and used as storage for supplies. ◍ Pets are welcome. ◍ Infant and child friendly home. ◍ Home is within walking distance to school, legacy trail and fairgrounds.
