About the Space
Spacious and warm apartment in the heart of Williamsburg filled with light and plants. What we offer: On the first floor - Kitchen/Living Room & Beautiful Private Backyard ~1,000 sq. ft. Available for your next photoshop - Ideal space for creatives and artists. High ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows, giving the space incredible natural light. Ideal for talks recordings, photography/film/video shoots, screenings, castings. Minimum of 3 hours per booking and max capacity of 10 people per production. Our goal is to support local creatives and help them do what they love in a beautiful space. Additionally, the space includes the following furnishings and amenities: *Wifi *Bathroom *Street parking available *Beautiful Furniture Available from M-F from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Weekends - Upon special request. Please reach out with some information about yourself, your needs or concept/event so we can best assist you. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
