Built over eight years in the heart of Williamsburg, Maison BK is a Brooklyn home with nine distinct spaces, a fully private garden, a cedar barrel sauna, and a cold plunge — available for photo and video shoots, brand activations, editorial sessions, wellness events, workshops, intimate dinners, and creative productions. We built this space with love, and our goal is to support local creatives and help them do what they love in a beautiful, inspiring environment. The Spaces: 01 — The Kitchen: Calacatta marble island, working espresso machine, Sunday sourdough energy. A kitchen that looks lived-in because it is. 02 — The Dining Nook: Oak banquette built by a NYC woodworker, Noguchi lantern, market flowers, hand-painted ceramics and Positivity prints. 03 — The Couch Area: Blue velvet sofa, low coffee table, teak sideboard. French doors open directly onto the garden. 04 — The Chair & Surfboard: Original Eames lounge, surfboard by the window, honey light at golden hour. 05 — The Reading Room: Rose-pink walls, reading chair, guitar on the wall. The quietest corner of the house. 06 — The Family Room: Custom bunk bed, hand-painted jungle wall, patio doors. Perfect for kids' brands and family shoots. 07 — The Garden · Sauna · Cold Plunge A fully walled, private garden with Japanese maple, cedar deck, string lights, terracotta pots, and bamboo screening. Built from scratch — this was dirt when we moved in. The cedar barrel sauna and cold plunge are bookable as an add-on, making this one of the rarest wellness amenities available for rent anywhere in Brooklyn.
