3000 sqft event venue with all the amenities included; 15 x 15 ft stage, state of the art sound & lighting, 10 rectangle 6 ft tables, and 80 chairs. Ipad for access to music streaming apps, as well as, dynamic or traditional lighting scenes indoors and outdoors. The space has a custom built breeze block bar with the option to function as an open or cash bar. The Club House menu offers a variety of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. The venue features a breeze block outdoor patio area for guests. There are two retro inspired restrooms with colorful fixtures and groovy wallpaper.

Health and Safety Measures
The venue should be returned in the blank slate condition it was received by the guest. The venue will take care of trash can service, refilling and stocking bathroom necessities, as well as mopping. There should be no decor or trash left behind.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
