About Dunn Studio
Located in Berry Hill neighborhood of Nashville - this is a beautiful, premium photo studio and event space. This 1,500 square foot private studio is an ideal space for small events, photo/film productions, and art exhibitions. With a 12x17ft cyc wall, large glass garage door and beautiful interior styling, this is the perfect space to host a shoot with an experience that feels as high-quality as the content you are creating.

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Absolutely loved this space! It was clean, spacious, and made it so easy to get into a creative flow. The atmosphere was perfect—low-key, in a great area, and ideal for bringing a vision to life. Everything about the booking process was smooth, and the host was easy to work with. Highly recommend for any creative projects!

This space was perfect for our photoshoot! The lighting was clearly marked and easy to adjust to our needs. Our subjects arrived pretty late, which pushed our time back. Kelcee was willing to accommodate the shift in timeline, so we were still able to capture everything we needed. I look forward to hopefully renting this space again!
