About Uptown Woodworks Workshop
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to photograph someone in a rugged workshop or film someone in a shop building something. There are plenty of workbenches and tools. Half of the workbenches have casters so they can be moved to an area that suits your needs. Extremely well lit. Light switches allow user to turn on and off each half of the room separately or simultaneously. Large east facing windows that let in a lot of natural light.

Parking description
There is a free parking lot for the building our unit is in. There is also free parking on the street leading into the parking lot.

Lighting description
Windows are large and tall on the east wall. The sun shines directly through windows early in morning.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Seldom hear any neighbor tenants, not on a busy street, no noise from appliances.

Equipment loading description
There is a loading dock and we are located straight down the hallway from the loading dock.
Staging area is available
There is a front of shop space (reception area) with a couch and some room to separate from the shoot.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Tons of 120V outlets along the walls and pillars in middle of space. Circuit breaker panel is on wall in shop.

Health and Safety Measures
I keep the place organized and will tidy up before you arrive.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
