About the Space
Located near Downtown San Diego, the Bamboo Garden is an outdoor event space located on our Good Life Vacation Rental Hotel Property. Note: There is a 4 hour minimum on this event space. Bookings made that are less than 4 hours will be canceled. You must also select the Mandatory $40 Cleaning Fee that is required before booking your event. Featured details of the event space include: • Event Capacity of 50 guests • Banquet & Lounge-style seating • Shaded Area Amenities provided with the event space include: • BYO Catering • Alcohol BYO or option for purchase (Must pay $40 BYO Cleaning and Alcohol Fee) • 2 BBQ’s & 2 Flatscreen TV’s • ADA Event Space • 2 Gated Spots & Free Street Parking • High Speed Wifi • Resort Security Cameras • Legal Hotel: Our event space is legal as we are a certified legal hotel. You are free to host your event or party without worry that your event will be shut down. Additional Add-ons As the Bamboo Garden Event Space is located on resort property, you may upgrade your event to include: • Overnight Lodging • Cocktail Table Rental • Speakers • Heaters • Additional Event Space • Photobooth • Staff for your event • Alcohol Package Should you add-on Overnight Lodging, you can additionally add-on amazing perks for your guests including: • Morning Yoga • Breakfast pastries, fruit, & coffee • Rentals stocked with snacks & beverages Note: There is a 4 hour minimum on this event space. Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Bamboo garden was great! We are from Phoenix, AZ and wanted to host our baby shower to family and friends in San Diego! Joshua was extremely helpful with the process and we would definitely recommend this venue for any special events!

Hosted our daughter’s 1st birthday, the staff was very helpful and professional. The location is beautiful, ample parking, the venue is well kept. The venue setup included additional games for children, which was a bonus. We had a very positive experience overall.

I got a very quick response for my last minute birthday party needs and the space delivered! The venue has great ambience and all my points of contact with host and staff were welcoming and friendly. Plenty of room for guests and the amenities were perfect for doing some light food service and entertainment. Would absolutely recommend this space if you're looking to have a memorable gathering in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.

The Bamboo Garden Lounge is fantastic. Several of my guests ask how I found this place. Plenty of room, seating arrangements and options were very accommodating. (Couch, long bench tables, high table) Very private, and although this place is located on a main busy street, once inside, you'd think you were on vacation somewhere. Very nice. I'll likely be back.

Had our babyshower here and it was definitely easy and great service from Josh, Scott, and Charlie. I would definitely book again! We had a good time in this space.
