About the Space
We have a beautiful thousand square-foot space with loft area overloooking Lake Merritt. Beautiful big windows with a lot of direct sunlight. The space is perfect for hosting art galleries, listening parties, merchandise pop-ups baby showers, podcast, yoga etc. LED lighting with up to 16,000 different light combinations to set any mood! Polished concrete floors. Soundsystem and projector available .

Excellent Venue! Host was always available when I had questions or concerns. There was an accidental spill that we cleaned up and he was super chill about it so much appreciated! Will definitely book again in the near future 🌻

Wow this venue was perfect for our 20 person toga party! The amount of space was perfect and we loved the layout. The mood lighting really enhanced the vibe too! We had a bartender and we had a lot of fun blasting music and dancing. The added loft space was a really nice touch to add to the vibe of the party. Osi, the host, was very accommodating, professional, kind, and understanding. We accidentally damaged some furniture at the venue and Osi was super understanding and fair with the damage costs. Super cool! Due to our experience there we would definitely book here again for special parties and events!
