• Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm; • No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies; • No smoking. We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $800 fine for violations and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule. • no overnight guests without prior approval. There will be an additional $50 charge per night per unregistered guest. • If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. • Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. • Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages beyond reasonable wear and tear. Please don’t rearrange the furniture as this can lead to further damage or extra prep time between guests not accounted for in bookings. • Please clean any dishes, cooking or dining ware you use. This part is not included in the cleaning fee to keep costs as low as possible for guests. • Please take the trash out before you leave and put any used linens/towels in a pile in the bathtub or in the shower.
