This beautiful Oakland home is one of the Lane in Spain bungalows built in the 30's with tons of charm and a brand new gorgeous garden and outdoor patio. It features a large customizable sitting area, hot tub with built-in Brazilian hardwood deck and a lovely jungle path. Available separately is the interior of the Spanish style house featuring a remodeled open kitchen and dining room, beamed living room & fireplace and loads of charm. Please inquire if you are interested in using both the interior and exterior. Street parking in the neighborhood is easy and we are minutes to all the restaurants and stores in the Laurel District. There is access to the interior bathrooms. The owners work in the creative industry and understand the needs of a photo shoot space. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
