- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

My guests and I enjoyed this venue. It was clean and roomy enough for guests. The host handled issues quickly and came up with effective solutions. Overall, we had a nice time. Parking, chairs, and tables were a bonus.

During my planning Patrice has helped making sure that I had tables and chairs. This place is beautiful and well managed. Thanks and we will be using this space again!

I really loved this venue! I live about 10 minutes and never thought the building had a space for gatherings! The floor is beautiful and the fact that the venue has chairs and tables is amazing! I enjoyed hosting my sister’s bridal shower here! It was a perfect space! Thanks Patrice!
