Our studio is conveniently located in Dallas, TX. With great natural light and a chic lounge area, this venue sparks creativity and fosters unforgettable events. You'll be greeted with unmatched professionalism and privacy, allowing you to focus on creating show-stopping experiences tailored to your needs. Capacity: 30 person capacity. The venue offers 16 chairs and 3 functional tables at your disposal. A private restroom ensures convenience and comfort. Amenities: Props, backdrops, and advanced photography equipment for a unique spin to your events. Networking is made easy in our lounge area, complete with a 70"" TV, complimentary drinks, coffee, and snacks. This studio also provides 4 rolling c-stands, LED lights, modifiers and 10ft backdrops for complete light manipulation. With the provision of free Wifi, keeping connected won't be an issue. Food and Alcohol Policies: Outside food is allowed + BYO alcohol is allowed. Key Features: Our studio shines through its features - a beautifully lit natural studio, a classic studio with tailored light controls, and a lounge for relaxed interactions. The studio ensures privacy with separate entrances, adding an edge of exclusivity. Enhancing your comfort is a dressing room equipped with vanity, clothing rack, full-length mirror, and a private bathroom. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

A great space for our photoshoot! Our photographer didn't even need to set up her own lighting because the lighting in the space was so nice!

This place was perfect for a come and go graduation party! We got so many compliments on the space, and I actually shared the booking info with several guests as they are interested in using it. Grant was easy to work with and answered all questions promptly. We will definitely use Peerspace again, and this space in particular.

I had a little bit of trouble getting in. But the owners were very apologetic. I still completed my shoot. the space was very clean and well equipped. Would book again - I booked this space for headshots
