About the Space
Newly Renovated Historic Tudor Home. Open floor plan with tons of natural light perfect for your production needs. The space has nine foot ceilings, modern design, and streaming light. We welcome photoshoots, film/video shoots, photography, and more. The 100 year old house was recently renovated and contains all the modern amenities you'd expect including a 5-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, beverage fridge, and more. Large backyard with propane grill, outdoor dining, and space for activities.

Lighting description
One large portrait window in the living room with white wooden shutters. Other windows (all new) are comprised of double hung or casement windows. Large amount of natural light in living room, dining room, and kitchen. Natural light can be controlled in most rooms. Brightest times of day are noon to 4pm.

General Rules
- No smoking inside
- Outside catering is allowed
- Alcohol is allowed
- Moving furniture is allowed as long as it is returned to it's original location. Any decorations or furniture damaged in the process will be charged to the renter
- No hanging anything on walls unless approved by host (no drilling in walls)
- No red win on couch or ruh
- Please use coasters on all wooden surfaces
- Production insurance is required
- Nudity is allowed
All ages are allowed in the space

Space is cleaned between every booking / event. Open floorplan helps with social distancing.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
