About the Space
Our 50-acre coastal redwood, oak and doug fir forest has stunning ocean views, remarkable sunsets, and running water all year long. Tucked away at the end of the road, this is an inspiring setting for company and wellness retreats. A 2,700 sq ft modern barn with open floor plan, concrete floors, mezzanine, double french doors can be furnished for hosting or paired down. Includes a work table for 10 people, and sitting area with couches and large coffee table for 20 people. The functional outdoor kitchen seats 35 people and offers live edge redwood tables and bar made from wood milled on site. Restored vintage airstreams, 1957 pink Chevy, and the Bob Marley bus offers a bohemian chic ambiance. The year round running pond is visually enchanting and refreshing. The gardens are lush filled with fruits and botanicals from around the world! - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
