Layout is about 8000 Sq. Ft. of green grass, various flowers, a few fruit trees, some new raised garden space, and some outdated landscape. Could be used for a landscaping show, an outdoor photo shoot. Property is going to be updated in about 2 years so the property is open for many different things, including ripping up and replanting. Could be used for various video or photo shoots. There is nothing but sprinklers back there, so there is no chance of hurting plumbing or gas lines. Would rather not use it for private parties but open to discuss. Drone shots allowed, approved for Fly zone. Again, this space is open to be ripped up if needed. What we are attached to can be moved to another location on the property. It has so much potential for filming or for a landscaping show of sorts.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
