About the Space
A state of the Art photography and videography studio located in Upper Marlboro Maryland with a green screen studio, high tech equipment available for rent at an affordable price. The studio space is 1200 square foot and can be used for photography and videography. It has a maximum capacity of 10-15 people, please contact us if you willhave more than 15 people. We have a resident photographer and videographer but this requires a seperate booking, kindly contact us if you require their services. We have videogrpahy lights, unique props and furniture avaialble for use, as an add on.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
