Welcome to your outdoor meeting destination! Get down to business, in the great outdoors. There is seating for about 20 people already included. Built-in seating for 8 around outdoor fire pit. Four seats around a tall square outdoor table; six seats around another tall table with fire feature in center; two more seats around a small cocktail table; four super-plush and comfy chairs; small outdoor sofa. You may bring in additional rental tables, chairs, etc. Front yard can be used separately from back (e.g., cocktails in front, music in back). Front and back yard are accessible by a side gate. Most of the yard photos were taken in July. You will need to rent bathrooms - there are luxury porta-potties you can rent with running water sinks, etc. Outdoor grill and pizza oven are part of this great setup! Outdoor television is connected to wifi and you have the ability to stream music, photos or videos to it.
