Gender reveals, baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette, engagements, birthdays… From the groovy vintage mirrored bathroom wallpaper to the iconic Avocado Green, Harvest Gold colors of the 70s sprinkled through out the residence, you’re sure to capture a nostalgic, one-of-a-kind event with authentically curated pieces from the late 60s to the glorious 70s. Inside space includes a cozy front room (seats 5-7) and kitchen/dinette area (seats 4-5). Additional seating on outdoor patio for 4-8 guests. Property features a large lawn area for croquet (vintage set provided), corn hole, lawn darts and extends over to a gated community pool, which is also available (unheated).

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
