Large comfortable living room with seating for up to 12 has a fully immersive massage chair for after your meetings. A high table adjacent to a large flat-screen TV can easily accommodate electronics to turn the TV into a display monitor for presentations. The outside deck with seating for up to 10 has a nearby large TV that can be faced in that direction for presentations. Both TVs are smart TVs with multidirectional mounts. They can be connected to via wifi or with an HDMI cord. Alert the host if you will need help setting them up. Fully loaded kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and dining room table with seating for 6. The high-speed wifi is boosted throughout the house for quick download and upload times. The printer is set up to the wifi and has a cable for computers; things can be printed either way.

Furniture, counters, tables, pillows, light switches, door knobs, toilets, handles, remotes, and cabinets have all been wiped with disinfecting sanitizer between all bookings. The air and surfaces are continually cleansed with the plasma reactor located in the kitchen. Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels can be found with hand sanitizer on the kitchen counter for your use.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
