Nestled in a cove on the shores of Lake Wylie, the rarest of properties with a private beach - ideal for team meetings, family gatherings, or creative brainstorming sessions. We setup this waterfront home as a picturesque year-round getaway with breathtaking balcony views, lots of cozy blankets for patio time, and a private beach for breakouts sessions. This 2500 sqft family-style home boasts 2 bedrooms (2 queens and trundle bed with two twins) a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and 2.5 baths making it a perfect get-away.
