About the Space
The Studio Space is a large open studio accommodating performances, rehearsals & creative productions. Conveniently situated in midtown Manhattan, we are located just southeast of Penn Station and are accessible by the 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, N, Q, R, W, B, D, F, M subway lines. The space is 874 sq ft equipped with a lighting grid, ADA compliant elevator access, three restrooms, lobby area, and a small kitchen. On site we have chairs, music stands, a Yamaha grand piano, a black traveler, a projector, a screen, marley floor, and flexible setup. Additional rooms are available on site to support your event.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All spaces and common areas are cleaned throughout the day. Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer are located in all of our rooms, available for renters to use. We encourage all renters to wash their hands as soon as they enter our space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
