This is a great area for commercials. The layout is open, lots of space to move around. Could also be used for company meetings with the kitchen and family room, dinning and sunroom all open. Has a bar/coffee bar off the kitchen for extra room. Hardwood Floors, all Bosch Appliances. Double oven, large center island, seating for 5. Beautiful sunroom that looks out on to trees, private.
