Please select the correct number of attendees to avoid additional fees. Rental rates are based on the number of attendees set during the initial booking request. A fee of $100 will be assessed for each group of 1-5 additional guests if already at capacity (20). (ie 21-25 guests, extra $100. 26-30 guests, extra $200, etc). If overtime is needed, it will be billed at time and a half. **We will be onsite for the first 15 minutes to give a tour upon arrival. We will do the following prior to each booking. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space. Supply a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add a new lining to cans.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
