About the Space
Newly remodeled modern home with lots of natural light, great outdoor space and epic views. Perfect for film & photo production of all types offering infinite vignette/shot possibilities with a unique modern flair. The two-story home is located in the Oakland Hills and backs up to the East Bay Regional Park, offering spectacular 3-bridge panoramic views of the Bay Area and miles of hiking trails. Indoor space is roughly 3,000 square feet with fully stocked gourmet kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room and an open floorplan designed for easy flow. Outdoor space includes dining patio, built-in grill, lounge area with firepit, huge grass area and a gorgeous built-in pool+hot tub (available for an additional fee). Hours are flexible and so are we. Parking and good vibes are plentiful. See below for some specifics. ***KEY FEATURES*** — Property is not lived in so there's absolutely ZERO clutter. Plus all closets and fridges are empty and ready for use. — Extra large driveway and decent street parking for oversized vehicles. — Everything but the bedrooms are on the ground floor for easy load in/load out. — Indestructible floor that looks like beautiful wide planked oak but acts like kevlar. — Central air conditioning and heating on both levels. — Internet/WIFI is AT&T Fiber, which delivers around 950 Mbps of upload and download speeds. We use Eero for secure wireless. — All items in the house including fully stocked kitchen can be used/moved as you see fit as long as it's put back at the end. — Showers/baths/bedrooms/laundry/kitchen/bbq can all be used beyond the actual shoot. Need to shower? Do it! Gotta wash items? Go for it. Shampoo/Detergents/etc. are all stocked. — Outdoor games/props available: corn hole, badminton, pickle ball, basketball, soccer. — No need to clean up in between multi-day shoots. Set up and leave it. — No penalties for shoots that run late/long or if a few folks need to stay late to review shots. — Animals welcome — Property manager available next door for help with anything/everything. — Available daily for scouting visits. ***ADD ONS*** The following items are available as add-ons for an additional fee: — Shoot in the pool + lounge area styled with RH + Terra outdoor furniture — Overnight stay for crew/talent/client — Extra hours for a wrap party

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We booked this place for a photoshoot. Michelle was a very friendly accommodating host and met us when we arrived. Pre-shoot communication was excellent. The space was tastefully decorated, not cluttered, and full of light which was just perfect for our photoshoot. The view of the Bay was spectacular though it was a bit of an overcast day, so we didn't get a colorful sunset, which no doubt they enjoy most days from their location. Would happily book again. Thanks Michelle!
