The space feels cozy and rustic with modern touches. Though the house in in a neighborhood, it feels secluded and private. Within 30 minutes of Golden, Boulder, and Denver, we're easy to get to with the feeling of being up in the mountains!

In between each booking, the house is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly by professional cleaners. We take extra precaution on high touch areas, including door knobs and light switches, etc.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
