About the Space
The space is a Sanctuary beautifully decorated and a clean, peaceful atmosphere. There are carpets both upstairs and downstairs and pretty comfortable couches. One of the walls is a retractable garage, which opens and brightens the space even more and lets fresh air in. There is a table with two chairs right outside of that. Our preference would be to rent to someone on a weekly/ monthly basis (specifically on Thursdays from 9am-5pm). We would like to rent the space out for (and, think it would work well for for) therapist with a solo or small group practice and/or photo and video shoots. The bathroom is outside just to the red a few feet away.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
