About the Space

Live the authentic Nola living experience in my 115-year old restored side-hall gallery house. Luscious brick backyard and tropical side-yard, full access to our large 1950s inspired mint retro kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove) bathroom, and to our Jazz library (no access to the bedrooms). Perfect for parties, baby shower, bachelorette parties, engagement parties, gender reveal parties, receptions, networkings and more.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

We rented this space for our rehearsal dinner and I cannot recommend this space more. Gaelle was a wonderful host. She was responsive. The space was honestly better than advertised, sometimes photos just cannot do the unique spaces in this city justice. It is abundantly clear that they care not only for their space, but the way their space makes other people feel. She set up tables and chairs and even added some lovely candles to enhance the lighting in the courtyard for the evening. The space was decorated with unique art. The styling throughout the space was an element all of its own. It was very clean. The kitchen space was large and ideal for entertaining. I just need to think of something else I need to host so I can rent this space again!

Yes, I would book again.
