This large event space is an ideal venue and location in San Francisco to host your next event. With plenty of free and un-metered street parking in this Sunnyside neighborhood, you can get all your equipment in and out of this space with ease. Well trained pets are welcome! Once inside, you will be wowed with plenty of natural sunlight, soaring high ceilings, and a large floor space. There is plentiful seating accommodation available in this event venue, dining room tables and a Ping-Pong table that can be removed, as well as an ADA bathroom. Additionally, event bookers have the option to book the kitchen as an add-on. The overall size of the spaces available for booking add up to 1500 square feet. This space is perfect for meetings, graduation events, bridal showers, bridal parties, birthdays, photoshoots, parties, lectures, performances, and so much more! The Location - Centrally located in San Francisco (convenient location) - Right off the 280 - 2 min walk to Safeway - 6 min walk to City College - 3 min drive to Whole Foods - 4 min drive to Balboa Bart Station - Restaurant right next door that has party tray menus - Mexican taco truck down the street - Coffee shop across the street The Space - 12' tall ceilings - Samsung Smart TV on wheels - Seating for up to 30 people (+ more including couches, dining chairs, lounge chairs) - Outside patio - Ping-Pong table - Dining room table - Kid mats (foam) - Microwave - Wifi - Desk - Computer - Bluetooth speaker - Pets allowed (must be well trained) Add on - Full Kitchen with microwave, oven, stove top, dishwasher - If furniture is rearranged, they must be placed back to original places or bookers will be charged Furniture Rearrangement fee ($75)

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We hosted bridal shower for a friend at this space, and there’s plenty of room. The spce was neat and clean. There were plenty of chairs and tables to use. The host was very responsive and answered any questions I had. Overall, I would recommend this space.

Versatile space with lots of options for a video shoot. Everything was easy to move. Christine was very responsive and communicative. All instructions were clear and straightforward. Would definitely rent here again.

Just like the photo, the space was great for 25 of us where 2 of us celebrated our birthdays. There were 3 foldable tables provided which we used to put our food. A microwave was also provided. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. There was a bluetooth speaker that we could use to play our spotify playlist and everyone enjoyed the party. The ping pong table was provided but not set up, so do set aside some time (and labor) to get that up if you intend on using the table! Thanks Christine for also allowing us to extend the booking by 1 hour! Very great communications.

Yes, I would book again.

Great experience hosting my baby’s first birthday here! Christine was very professional and prompt in answering any questions leading up to the event, key pickup was easy, and all instructions/rules for the event space were extremely reasonable. The foam mat was also perfect for the babies to play on. We had a great time and I would recommend this space!

Christine's space was terrific to celebrate our parent's 65th wedding anniversary. There was great communications with Christine all through the process and she promptly answered all our questions. Parking was very easy for our weeknight event. Thank you Christine!

Yes, I would book again.

Held a bridal shower here beginning of the month. This place was so spacious that we were able to have a eatting area to eat then moved over to the comfortable sofa for games and chat. Love that there is a kitchen option as well so we won't be scared of food getting cold or drinks getting warm. The host Christine was very nice and response super fast. Would definitely book this place again.
