About the Space
This stylish Apartment/Condo is perfect for the traveler visiting Boston. Nicely renovated Victorian home with a modern touch. The unit itself was actually two one bedroom units that was renovated into a large open concept three bedroom unit. We've tried to include all amenities. The unit has also been listed on Airbnb and VRBO with great success.

General Rules
We have an absolute no smoking policy. Outside catering is allowed, as well as the use of front and back yards for functions. This is a fully functional furnished unit. Which includes three bedrooms with queen size beds and two bathrooms. One of which is off of the main bedroom. It includes a steam shower.
All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The places are properly cleaned and disinfected after every use. We take great care in keeping our spaces cleaned properly. Our cleanliness stands out in all our reviews from past guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
