We offer a versatile space that is perfect for an array of events, whether it's a filming location, small theatre show, movie night, birthday celebration, reception, engagement, conference, comedy night, concert, or wake. Our venue boasts a bar, spacious hall, conference room, VIP Lounge with poker machines, as well as a restaurant and deli. Conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk away from Bankstown Centro and Bankstown Train Station, our location is easily accessible. Additionally, we provide on-site parking for your convenience. - Venue Capacity - 220 Seated - Dinner Service 350 Seated - Theatre Seating 400 Standing Only Capacity - No Tables or Chairs - Security Requirements - The determination of the necessary number of security guards for each event is solely at the discretion of the Polish Club. Depending on the nature and scale of the event, the presence of a security guard may not be required, while others may necessitate the presence of one or multiple guards to ensure the safety and well-being of attendees. Adhering to industry standards, which suggest one security guard for every 25-30 attendees, it is important that you communicate the details of your event and the expected number of patrons before making any reservations. Rest assured, we prioritize the safety of our venue, and therefore, we will not allow overcrowding of the facility without adequate security measures in place. To ensure a smooth and secure event, the payment for the required number of security guards is made in advance and directly to the security guard company. Please note that the Polish Club does not have in-house security personnel. - OVERTIME - Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. - Cleaning / Damages - Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. To ensure the preservation of our space, there is no nails, screws, staples, or other penetrating items being used on our walls. Additionally, any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. In the unfortunate event of damages to our property, such as walls, floors, or furniture, the cost will be billed to the credit card associated with your Peerspace account. - FURNITURE - Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. - MISCELLANEOUS - There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used unless purchasing a confetti cleanup fee. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
