The space features a large dining table that seats up to 8, flowing into an open living area that comfortably accommodates 7+ guests. There’s also a secondary living room that seats 6, along with a separate private office. Outside, the patio offers a relaxed lounge area overlooking a spa-like pool, complete with chaise pool chairs—ideal for both work and unwinding. Perfect for small to mid-sized business meetings (both TVs support casting, and the office includes a large rolling whiteboard), backyard photo shoots, and more.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
