This large event space is an ideal venue and location in San Francisco to host your next event. With plenty of free and un-metered street parking in this Sunnyside neighborhood, you can get all your equipment in and out of this space with ease. Well trained pets are welcome! Once inside, you will be wowed with plenty of natural sunlight, soaring high ceilings, and a large floor space. There is plentiful seating accommodation available in this event venue, dining room tables and a Ping-Pong table that can be removed, as well as an ADA bathroom. Additionally, event bookers have the option to book the kitchen as an add-on. The overall size of the spaces available for booking add up to 1500 square feet. Christine is a wonderful person, very kind and helpful. She responded to all my texts very quickly and also very considerate about my requests. The space had nice furniture and a good amount of space for my daughter’s first bday. Kitchen and restroom were big enough and very clean. She also recommended upon my request a great restaurant ( Mazra) that we catered from and food were so delicious. I highly recommend this place.

We wanted to hold a Friendsmas party and Christine had just the space. It was longer and bigger than we expected, which was great. We were originally worried about parking but all of us got parking just one or two blocks away. Christine was really responsive and answered to all our questions. We've rented out a couple of places over the years for parties and we thought this was the best one we've had yet.

Just finished with our annual Friendsgiving here! We were a little group of 16 and it was plenty of space for us. Christine was so nice and accommodating since this booking was so last minute. We didn’t book with the kitchen, but Christine left the microwave to use! I thought that was so thoughtful. Room itself was nice and equipped with board games and a ping pong table. Most likely will book again here! We loved the space so much.
