Studio 39 is a photography studio located in a warehouse in Eastvale, CA. Blending clean white tones, raw textures and 21 feet high ceilings with a large skylight. Soft neutrals to romantic florals, every corner of the studio was designed to give photographers and creators multiple looks in one space. Graduation season is here! Included in your booking: cap & gown stand, student desk & chair, directors chair, black stool and red silk roses. No furniture of any kind directly on top of the draping whatsoever. This will help to ensure cleanliness of the fabric and its integrity. There is a fee for any damage. Check us out on IG @_studio_39 Two (2) people per hourly rate. Additional charge for 3rd person and on. Please account for every guest via the add-on option. *ALL* guests entering the studio must be accounted for including photographer, spouse, children, besties etc.. no exceptions. Your entry time, setup time, shoot time, clean up time and exit time are all within your booked time. Lights are motion censored and turn off automatically. Unable to black out the room. Lighting available for rent. Warehouse roll-up is to remain closed at all times. Photographers are allowed to host Mini's: Two (2) people per (mini) session, additional charge for 3rd person and on. All guest entering studio must be accounted for whether they're in the photoshoot or not. Please add additional guests via the add-on option. Please adhere to all Studio Rules stated on this listing. Any damages will be billed accordingly and fees are listed. Renter voluntarily assumes all responsibility for everyone in their party including all children, any damages, accidents and injuries. Gold floor mirror is not secured. Absolutely *no food or drinks* except water allowed in the studio. Floor can be slippery when wet/raining, please be cautious. Industrial size portable fan unit and 2 floor fans available for use, please request prior to your booking.
