About the Space
Welcome to our piece of paradise! We have a beautiful backyard complete with a hot tub, firepit, and patio surrounded by a mural. The 2/1 offers 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and living room with a sectional couch and TV The detached garage was made into a game room that comes complete with a pool table, foosball table, kids corner, and couches. Our kitchen offers a stove, toaster oven, blender, microwave, oven, silverware, plates, bowls, and kitchenware.

Parking description
Can park in drive way or to the side of driveway in grass. Please do not park in the alley.
General Rules
House Rules:
1. A valid government-issued ID must be uploaded to the booking platform via a message thread with the Host at least 24-hours prior to arrival. The name on the ID must match Renter’s profile.
2. Maximum occupancy is limited to (15) fifteen persons including infants, children, and Renter’s guests.
3. No parties or nuisances.
4. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
5. Communication between Renter(s) and Host must occur within the booking platform.
6. Renter shall comply with all applicable ordinances and laws.
7. Quiet hours are 9 pm to 9 am. Please be respectful of neighbors.
8. Please use driveway or the grass directly to the left of the driveway. (DO NOT BLOCK THE ALLEY TO THE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE).
9. Failure to check out on time will result in additional charges equal to a one-night stay.
10. Violation of any house rules may result in additional charges or fines.
11. For emergencies, call 911.
12. No animals on the furniture.
13. A cleaning fee of $100 covers a standard, post-stay, routine cleaning. If Renter leaves the home excessively dirty, including animal droppings, Renter shall pay additional fees.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The entire property is cleaned and disinfected between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
