About the Space
This 49' by 34.5' flexible space is a blank canvas for media production, large events, and other needs requiring open space. When configured for media production, the space offers black, gray, and green screen cycs with LED lighting system. Bring your own equipment. Use of our house system featuring four HD cameras, video switcher, live graphics, and microphones with professional audio system would be quoted separately. A 7' garage door offers drive up access for equipment load ins and can even accommodate video or photos shoots for vehicles. When configured as an event space, seating is offered for up to 40 guests with a projection system for viewings and presentations. Wired and Wi-Fi connectivity offered. Professional engineering support services available for optional fees. Additional amenities include accessible restrooms, dressing and Green room, space for craft services, hydraulic equipment lift.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
